Native American Lakota star New December 4-6 - Sarasota Native American Indian Market
Location: Art Center Sarasota, 707 N. Tamiami trail - Sarasota, Florida.
Notes: Native American fine artists from all over North America will gather to present their work and share their culture for the weekend. The artists, representing various tribes will include some of the finest painters, jewelers, beaders, flute makers, potters, sculptors and leather workers in the Native American art world. We are honored to have Kansas Begay from the Dine' (Navajo) nation. Kansas is an award winning singer who will be sharing her beautiful voice and culture with us throughout the weekend. The market
will open Friday evening for a preview from 5pm to 9pm, Saturday from 10-6pm
and Sunday from 10-5pm. Tickets are $8.00. Please join us for this unique
event and experience the artistry, culture and music of the Native American people.

Native American Lakota star  December 5 - 2nd Annual Native Spirit Day
Location: Boys and Girls Club - Richmond, Indiana.
Notes: Native Spirit Celebration to honor and give the gifts of our hearts and love. It is a free event with a pitch-in meal and all are welcome. Although this is not a PowWow, there will be dancing, drumming, singing, and eating, of course. Host Drums are Blue Heron and Sky Hawk. All other drums are welcome. No money is to be exchanged unless it is given as a gift. Even if you can not bring food, bring your spirit and smiles to give strength to others. The Celebration begins at 11:00am and lasts until 5:00pm.
